IoT devices and Agreement or Authentication Pages

Hello, I was just curious...if one had a headless device that was 802.11 enabled, but was not a laptop, tablet, smartphone or PC, had no OS and therefore no Browser, and one took it to a place where the public wifi requires an Agreement Page, or perhaps a code or passphrase, unique or not, how could one get this device online?
I'm thinking of a Road Warrior who Hotel hops most of the time. Airports and Hotels, even Restaurants commonly have these types of redirects.
