I (22m) been with my girlfriend (22m) for 6 years now, our sex life used to be so much better than it is now. We're long distance but that didn't used to stop us but for a long while now we've been almost sexless, when we are together you'd think we're going at it like rabbits because we're apart a lot of the time but we're just not, we hardly have sex when we're together. Obviously thinking we should "go at it like rabbits" is a massive exaggeration but like I said, we're almost sexless now. We don't even have phone sex anymore or flirt with eachother really. It's like we've just become friends and I feel im the gross wanting to ask her for more. I've just no idea what to do about it.
Be nice, but assertive in what you want. Communication is where all the bullshittery in relationships breakdown.
Suggestion: write down what you’re gonna say / how, and consider her feelings about it
