Hey Gents,
I turned 30(M) this year. I’m a pretty active guy—lifting roughly 4x a week with sports and physical hobbies in between. I’ve been doing this level of exercise for years now. I take special measure to stretch, sleep, and eat well.
That said, I’ve noticed my body has more aches and pains as I get older. Nowadays I can’t seem to do the same activities I used to without getting very sore, and in some cases injured.
You guys have any tips on how to minimize exercise-related injury as you age? I refuse to accept that my body is just done from here on out haha. Much appreciated!
