14 Dodge Ram 1500 v8 cylinder 3 misfire

1 cylinder plugs compared to the #3 plug. Both #3 plugs looked gummed up like pic even tho it’s not pictured. What’s up? Any info is appreciated. About to take the valve cover off for further inspection
