Let's be honest. They don't care what the results are, they are going to delay to force it to the house which could install Trump back into power.
Can anyone (Civil, other states AG's, etc.) stop what's happening in time? If there is, will it happen?
As a Minnesotan, I'm gonna be pissed if 300 millions vote will be invalidated thank to 3 people on a power trip.
