Would a degree in human resources management benefit an aspiring police officer more than a cj degree?

People on this sub always say major in something other than cj in case you cant get hired so you have a fall back plan. Evne english is more beneficial than a cj degree because you write dope ass reports but would a degree in hr management help an officer more than a cj degree? Maybe if you become police chief the management courses you learned in hr degree comes in handy?
