Prints from pre(?)-WWII Germany negitives

When I was stationed in West Germany in the '70s a co-worker's wife found film negatives which she asked me to print. I printed them on 9/18/75.
The images appear to be from someone's vacation through the Alps and show a small Nazi rally or ceremony, guards with dogs in the snow.
