Strange rashes and now soreness.
Post Body

Hello, I am a 44 yo Female, smoker, drinker, use Marijuana on occasion. I take Effexor XR 200mg/day, as well as Lisinopril, Nadolol, and Concerta 36mg.

Thursday morning (day 1) I hadn't slept well the night before, and woke up feeling awful, despite not drinking that evening. I went to work, slugged through it, and came home to immediately sleep for several hours. Upon waking up, I felt even worse.

I was having pains across my chest, and in my arm muscles, very similar to the aches of the flu. However the chest pains were more like my nerves were angry. I took my temp, it was 102.2. Took some ibuprofen and went back to bed.

Friday morning (day 2) still felt pretty awful, and when I finally got around to showering, I noticed the rash. I took a covid test (negative) and my temp at this point had come down to 99.8.

Saturday (day 3) I felt better, despite still having the rash and the 99.2 degree fever.

Today (day 4) I have felt mostly okay, and the pain across my chest is gone, but the arm on the side of my body where the rash is feels like it's been punched repeatedly. It's very sore. In addition the rash area on that arm seems swollen.

I did have a bilateral mastectomy to treat stage 3c breast cancer that spread to my lymph nodes on this side. Last treatment was 2017, have been good on that front since.

Can anyone tell me what this is? Strange Rash https://imgur.com/a/wxTHvPt
