White/Hispanic 5’11” 125lbs. History of connective tissue, nf1 and I can’t remember the name of the last condition but it was my urine going back into both my kidneys from my bladder. Also had a kidney stone last year

rarely when I pee (Maybe a couple times a month) if I stop peeing right before I’m fully empty it feels like it feels like it’s sucked into my shaft and moves near my balls. It stays as a sharp pain for a little bit. As of recently my left testicle has been having aches as well. Getting a physical tomorrow for the testicle pain and am going to mention the urine issue as well.

Just curious what some people might think it is. My main ideas are either that my urine is going back up again or an STD (Not super sexually active as I’ve only slept with 3 people total and have always worn a condom but paranoia is a bitch)
