Please help with my constant exhaustion
Post Body

I'm a 35 year old male, 6'2, 213lbs and nobody can figure out what's wrong with me. No matter how much sleep I get, I wake up exhausted, sometimes with headaches. The first thought was sleep apnea, but did a test and they said the case was extremely mild and I wouldn't need a c-pap. I got one anyways, and they were right. It didn't help.

Background:

In my mid twenties I was diagnosed with nocturnal epilepsy, I had 4 seizures before they found meds that worked for me (clobazam), Before this I was having focal or facial seizures. Carbamazepine stopped those, but not completely. I'll still get one once in a while (maybe once every 2 weeks). When I was 12 or 13 I began having panic attacks, I took paxil up until my early twenties and now am on 10mg of cipralex per day. I've always had some issues with sleep and being tired, but nothing like this. This is completely next level to the point where it's effecting and even ruining my life.

In July of 2020 I came to work(I work an office job) and I felt more tired than I had ever felt before to the point where I thought I was going to pass out. Dizzy, sweaty palms, a weird pressure in my head, muscles feeling weak. I thought I would get over it and I just needed a better sleep. Nope. It's been like this daily since that day. And it's becoming so hard to bare. Even as I'm writing this my head is extremely heavy and my arms feel weak.

I obviously told my Physician first, he sent me for blood tests, MRI etc, and everything came back normal. I then spoke with my neurologist. He did the same. And also sent me for a sleep deprived EEG and an ambulatory EEG. Again, everything came back normal. I'm now on a waiting list(about 4 to 7 months) to see another sleep doctor(different from the one who did my first sleep study).

I ended up buying a camera so I could film myself sleeping. I'm having a lot of weird episodes where I'm talking and moving a lot(rolling over a lot, rubbing my face etc...). I showed those to my neurologist, he said it's not normal, but he's not a sleep doctor and couldn't do anything for me.

Do these symptoms sound like anything to anyone?? The only thing I've seen online is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but I'm not a doctor and I've made the mistake of googling symptoms before, worrying about what I saw, and it turned out to be nothing. If anyone can help or give ANY advice whatsoever I'd be so so happy. I'm not a complainer, I normally deal with things on my own if I can...But this is legitimately the worst thing that I've gone through. My social life has been reduced to nothing, and my work is suffering. So grateful for any input at all please!
