Massive shoulder bruising from too much time on the gun range two days ago. Motrin, GP or ER time? What exactly are the risks here?

Age: 42

Height/Weight: 5'11/165lbs

Race: Eastern European (Polish/Russian decent)

Meds: Adderall, Citalopram

Emergency?: Pain is controlled with 400-600mg Motrin twice daily. My shoulder is working perfectly, my muscles are not.

My shoulder pocket is extremely and completely swollen and my wife says I am now a C cup bra size. Yay?

Any additional info needed I will gladly provide.

Edit: Sidenote, I would have stopped if I knew I was doing that much damage. I can tolerate pain, but not a self-destructive type of personality.
