On Sunday at 4 am I woke up from my sleep and went to the bathroom with gas and loose stool. It seemed to be a once and done issue and I went back to sleep. All day Sunday I seemed/felt fine. Today, Monday, I woke up at 9:30 am and was fine until about 12-noon. Since then, I have had liquid diarrhea all day and the worst imaginable stomach/abdominal cramps of my life. No vomiting, some nausea. Is this a stomach flu? Is that possible without there being any vomiting?
