Hello, 27m and scared myself pretty bad. Hurt my lower back last weekend and then maybe Monday or Tuesday my testicle was a little sore. Occasional dull pain felt in testicle but pain feels like it’s deeper and just being felt in the testicle. I think I over handled it looking for lumps/etc which caused it to be sore along with the occasional pain. I did notice the pain is mostly when my back has been hurting, occurs most often when sitting too long. Any help would be much much appreciated I’ve been panicking.
