21M, Ate 3 month old bacon, how likely am i to develop food poisoning? Should i worry?

This morning, i took a package of bacon, thinking it was the one i bought recently, took like 6 strips, an microwaved them. Some pieces were fine, but others tasted really sour, so sour the taste lingered for HOURS, but for some reason i didn't think much of it.
Until right now, when I remembered that I have two packages, and still hadn't thrown away the old one, i checked the date, and yep, it expired in MARCH.
I read that food poisoning can come up from 1-3 days, so it might occur in the next few days, how worried should i be? Is salmonella or the other possible diseases lethal? Will i need a doctor?
