Recurring skin infection

Pregnant female (late 30s - early 40s), due in two weeks. Presenting with lesions primarily on her legs. They start small and then grow. Symmetric circular shape, red colour. Itchy. Her legs are covered with them. Some on her belly. One single one on shoulder. Any ideas what this is?
