Warning: Tres leches disaster
Context: I am following Ina Garten’s recipe since there is no folding and her recipes rock
So, I followed the recipe and ran into the disaster of the milks not being absorbed. Some digging and it turns out the cake was too dense. I think I narrowed down where I went wrong, the egg whipping. Ina has you using the paddle attachment for the egg part. Did I not whip enough air into the eggs and that’s why it came out dense?
