Basically title. I am not seeing details the way that I've witnessed other people receive with similar, or identical, setups, and it feels like it's impossible to really get any attention on it with lunt support. I'm sure it's because they're super swamped from people purchasing due to the recent eclipse, but I just need to make sure I'm not crazy, and if it's an issue with me that would be great, but if it's an issue with the telescope I'd really like to know so it can be addressed asap. Has anyone had this issue with their dedicated solar telescope?

Equipment:

Telescope - Lunt LS50THa, single stack

Camera - ZWO 120mm mini

Mount - Skywatcher eq6r pro

Acquisition - sharpcap (exposure: .32ms - gain: 22 - MONO16)

Data - these were snapshots saved as .fits converted to .png in GIMP, otherwise unprocessed.

Update 1:

Per the suggestion to one of the comments I received, I posted my concern to the cloudy nights forum and it looks like they all said my telescope was off-band, stating it was an issue with my etalon filter either being pre-tuned incorrectly (from the manufacturing process) or just a bad etalon filter, and I can't do anything about either situation. So I will contact lunt support again to inquire with them and see what they suggest.

This forum was referenced in response to my post on cloudy nights, for anyone interested:

This definitely feels like what is happening with my telescope as the banding stays present when tuning the etalon. I will update again with what lunt support says.

Have you tried processing from video capture?

Sharcap - 30 sec ser capture Autostakkert - analysis/stack Registaxx - wavelet Then image software for final process

Take a look at my astro channel Dave's Astrophotography on YT, I have some solar videos and Livestream content in both capturing and processing.

I have Lunt ls80mt and asi174mm setup

It's very hard to get both prominences and disc, you really need to use masking and treat the 2 different areas different.

Sorry I can't, I'm not at home out of country at the moment.
