Any tips for living on unpleasant astrocartography line (Saturn/IC)?

I’m in the process of moving to a city that is around 70 miles from my Saturn/IC line. I love the city so much, but it’s in a country where I’m not fluent in the language. I’m here on a “test run” for two months and I can already feel a bit restricted and isolated. I have, however, have had some great experiences and have met some great people. Again, I love the city but the Saturn/IC line has me nervous. I’ve heard some people thriving on this line, many others say avoid at all costs.

Any tips for optimizing my time here and maybe ways to “work with” the energy.
