Why don't Putin stand on Lenin Mausoleum?

Even Yeltsin, during those victory parade in 90s, stood on the Lenin Mausoleum. Now it is hidden by large banners and Putin refuses to stand on it. Maybe he is afraid that it will sink to the ground due to the weight of his titanium balls lol.

I think it would be better and more powerful if they used the Mausoleum instead of the current banner setup.

What is the opinion of natives? Should the Lenin Mausoleum be hidden or used? Maybe for 2025 parade marking the 80th anniversary of the victory of USSR over Germany.
