I was served a TRO, and the plantiff wrote out this huge aftadavit that in my eyes aren't worth responding too. It's literally taking things and throwing them againast the wall. Guns, drugs, prior violent history. Text messages moved around . I think a lot of people just don't show up. Because theres so many serious accusations and all of the subjects mentioned is fictious. She's gone so far as to say she's going to have to seek a psch.. Tales of me driving up and down the street. All not true, but hearsay, if you can call it that. T.R.O hearsay is admissable for the temporary where defendant is not required to be present. The hearing for the permanent restrainng order is about 10 days away. I'm about to send my response in and I will probably go. I feel if someone is so out to get me, and this isn't a boyfriend, girlfriend thing, it's actually a business arangement and that's it. Does hearsay work same as the temporary? If she's given a restraing order against me than I know considering her apt to literally try and blow me out of the water, that she'll invent something where I'm handcuffed and driven away. Shouldn't I say that to the court. I think I have to in a certain way. I'm not going to throw out accusations, but the liklihood to me is possible. It's like a rilvary to the court I bet to see grown people that couldn't work out a issue and it turns into thle police and the courthouse. I guess if the judge asks me questons that'll have to do. Can't be too difficult to see whats going on. Any good ideas on what you think may happen. It's almost like a fatal attraction thing.
