Hello, everyone.

I have a female german blue ram that I suspect has hole in the head disease. She is swimming and eating normally. This is very surprising to me since my water parameters have been fine. I also did a water change upon finding out. I am planning on setting up a 5 gallon hospital tank and using fritz paracleans in hopes that I can cure it. I dont want to medicate my whole tank since i’ve had issues with other fish dying in the past. Does anyone have any pointers for a greater chance of success? Any positive feedback is welcomed. Thank you
