Throughout highschool, I've had an average gpa of 4.0, and while this is generally considered a "high" gpa, I haven't ventured into any of the other supposed necessities for having a high chance of getting into a good college, such as my lack of extracurriculars, hobbies, no job experience, no leadership roles, etc. If I make changes to pursuing these goals, would that effort be null as I am nearly 75% done with highschool, or would those changes be highly impactful? I'm relatively unaware of how college admissions work, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
