I moved into a lovely townhome style apartment and I love it. I don’t mind apartment noise as it’s a small community. I love my neighbors. I am dealing with what sounds like a herd of elephants above me from 5:00 pm through 11 pm. I know the people above me have three small kids (5 and under) and kids are noisy. I do need to get to sleep around 10 to get up to commute into a major city for work during the week. Am i being unreasonable that 11 is too late with the stomping, running, and screaming and just suck it up? Or should i politely say something?
