I've lived in my 3rd floor apartment for a couple of years now and the AC has always been wildly ineffective. For instance right now it's 76 degrees outside and I've got the thermostat set to 69. It's 75 in my apartment and will likely be 77 by sunset. I've made maintenance calls but they always come in the morning when it's still relatively cool outside and the temperature inside is what I set it at, so they don't see the problem and say there's nothing wrong. Is this normal or can they do something about it? Tired of burning up in my apartment in February.
