Post Body

So yeah I’m near sighted and objects are blurry far away while I can see when I’m close up to objects. Been wearing glasses since I was little along with occasional contacts. Ever since I got on Zoloft for my anxiety of course I have to get recommended ads for anxiety.

One of those ads I saw was how some companies make anti anxiety glasses? Not sure how this all works or what to research when it comes to how these things are connected.

So is there a correlation between vision and mental health issues? Along with stuff like uv’s and blue lights?
