Anyone else get anxiety when wearing N95/KN95 masks?

These are different from your typical surgical/cloth mask. They work great but the filtration makes breathing a tad harder than normal. It's kind of like giving yourself panic when you take a really hot shower if anyone has ever done that.
It must be my anxiety because my mom can wear these for hours just fine and I have more cardio endurance than her. Just curious if anyone else has dealt with this problem.
