Not totally sure what is happening although I suspect anxiety plays a role. I’m writing this at 4:30am. I can’t sleep because of this odd feeling I keep getting mostly in my head. Closest I can like it to is dizziness although that’s not quite right as I don’t feel like I’m spinning it’s more like if I move it’s happening faster than it should or like I’m over compensating with my movements. Like if I roll over in bed my body stops but it feels like I keep rolling for a second. This is all just so bizarre, I’m exhausted and can’t sleep and have to be up at 8:30am. All of that isn’t even mentioning the weird sort of half dreams/thoughts I keep getting when I try and sleep. If anyone has felt something similar I would love to know what this is and how I can help it because I could really use some sleep
