It looks like pressed molded glass and I'm hoping it's Early American Production Glass (EAPG).
They are a different hue from my Mosser cobalt pieces and much thicker. They also do not have an M on the bottom but I've been told that some Mosser pieces weren't always stamped. Also these are small in size with a hefty weight. I thought maybe they were juice glasses.
I saw a toothpick holder with a different raised design called Summit Art Glass with a Betsy Ross design but I'm not familiar with that maker.
I collect vintage and antique items (especially glass and copper) and am very interested in the history of my collections. Especially when they survive so many years in pristine condition. Imagine the stories they could tell!
