My wife got this from her grandmother decades ago. Her grandmother got it brand new. Any idea on the title and value?

It’s a painted mirror, purchased in Gary, IN in the 1940s or 50s. I’ve identified the manufacturer from the tag on the back, but can’t find this particular mirror/painting anywhere.
