Finding a strong clan

How do I locate a strong clan to join. I'm currently in a clan with 3 other players with 1000 flock power but none of the others are close. This makes it hard to get wins in clan events. Not to mention the lack of involvement with clan members. I know the update shocked and pushed people out... Me included until my progress was restored but I am hoping to be in a clan where there are more than two strong players putting in time and the others have been awal. Can someone help me get connected?
