Hey Guys,
Janus Here,
I thought I would split the total upload of my personal routine into two distinct parts. First would be the practical release; the second, the more explanation based. I have all of the exercises and complimentary work listed in the order that I do them to best take advantage of their unique effects.

Workout Time Split: 15, 10, 15
Angion Methods: 15 mins
SABRE Techniques: 10 mins
BFR Training: 15 mins
NOTE: While this places the workout times 15 minutes over my typically advised limits of 30 minutes, this is a hybrid workout plan that encorporates purely shear stress based exercise(Angion Methods), mixed stimulation(SABRE Techniques), And purely stretch based exercise(BFR).

Dedicated Lower Body Cardio: Typically, I will do recumbent bike work for 30-45 mins while I watch TV or play some video games. Its my excuse to have some fun and get a sweat in!

***This is my personal workout plan; and will therefore be periodically updating it as I go along. More information about the specific number of bends and strikes coming soon***
Loool better gains is what Iโm after. So would a stationary bike work? And what should the intensity be? Should I be breaking a sweat (or not at all?) while I do it or actually sweat profusely ?
If one works out, do you still recommend DLC ? Or does working out work as a substitute for DLC ?

Ohh I have one of the stationary upright bikes (schwinn 130 upright). How would you suggest I address that issue with the upright ?
And if I go at a pace (and also low resistance) that I donโt sweat, would that be fine?
