Hi, to start out using the angion methods and other methods like (macro pulse, Sabre method, phallogenesis, oscillator, jelq 2.0, displacer, the fulcrum, etc), how should I build a routine?

Also, the videos that contain “outdated” like the displacer or the fulcrum, should they no longer be used? Instead what should be used then?

Also should i stop doing any traditional PE methods like extending or hanging and bathmate? How about Side 2 side stretches/ static stretches ?
