“accept what cannot be changed” - any tips for achieving this?

“Accept what cannot be changed, the courage to change what can be changed”
I get frustrated, angry and small annoyances plays on my mind. Big or small, but especially the things that seem small to others seem big to me. Have you any tips for accepting the world as it it and the crappy changes we can do nothing about? “don’t let it bother you” is easier said than done.
I’d really like some tips.
