Huawei watch 2 - Any reason not to get it?

Hey all, I'm new to AW & smartwatches in general. I own a fitbit blaze but want to upgrade to something more. I workout so I'd like something that tracks my workouts (and reps in particular), and AW 2.0 seems to have that functionality. Basically I'm looking for something that does it all - android pay, HRM, nice battery life,interchangeable bands, etc. The huawei watch 2 seems to fit that description but I kinda hate the bezel thickness... whatever.

Any reason not to get it by chance? Is there a watch that matches it with a slimmer bezel thickness?
