Hi everyone. I'm thinking of buying the Shield. I now use Netflix on Amazon fire TV along with Unotelly DNS for changing Netfix regions so I have a few questions:
Does the Shield allow DNS to be changed in the settings or it can only be done from the router directly? If so, I have to buy an extra router to install between my ISP gateway/router (cannot replace) and the Shield for DNS changing purposes.
Is the Netflix app forcing Google DNS even if a different DNS is already set by the user? I so, I would need to buy a router with DD-WRT, that can reroute Google traffic instead of blocking it completely and make the app work according to the bellow article:
