Ghost DNA? No source, can someone explain please

Me, my mum and dad have all had Ancestry DNA done, but I've got traits in the ethnicity estimate that neither of them do. How does this happen?
I have 3% Swedish & Denmark, plus 3% Irish that neither my mum or dad do (see pics). And before we leap to "he's not your dad" conclusions, I'm pretty sure he is because we have 3,486 cM matches and he's shown as "Parent/Child" relationship.
Explanations appreciated because I just can't figure it out at all 👍🏻
