I [38M] am scheduled to have a vasectomy soon and my wife [38F] has been telling family and friends.

I am a very private person and have a policy of only airing personal and private matters in public if it is absolutely necessary. I have been with my wife for over 15 years and this policy has never changed. I feel like discussing a medical matter is over the line.

I have discovered that she has been telling both her friends and both our families of my upcoming vasectomy and I'm feeling incredible anger at her behaviour.
