Week 4 Request for Community Help: Calamity Codex Box Rates

Just like the weeks before, submit your results with specific counts of each item you get and I'll input them.
Right now, the goal is to get 1000 submissions although the rates at this point have seem to more or less stabilized, so I might end this before then.
