Hello!
I was just curious if there were any other fellow moms here who went thru the process and if there is any advice you would give someone like me. I already talked to my recruiter and I have an appt to see him this upcoming Friday, and we went over some things on the phone.
I mentioned to him that I know I would need a waiver for my children but he made it seem like it was no problem. The only other issue I'm having is I did go see someone for some postpartum depression back in 2019, and was prescribed an antidepressant. I wasn't on it that long like maximum 3 months. I haven't been on any medication since.
He just said it shouldn't be a problem will just need the last 5 years of my prescription history and any medical history I could get from the person I talked to in 2019. The issue I am having is I can't seem to find that office anywhere online, I also can't remember the name of the therapist or practice I went too. He also said since it's been so long it's a possibility they don't even have my records anymore and if that's the case I just need them to write a letter stating that they no longer have my medical records.
Also, I was homeschooled and did some college courses during high school. Should I bring any transcripts either me to the recruiter office, do they need to be official transcripts or if unofficial okay?
Also, any tips for the ASVAB, and for any physical training? I do meet the current height and weight requirements but I am no fitness master so I know i have work to do.
Sorry for all the questions and any help or advice is appreciated! Thank you.
