Hey everyone! Here to share my long term victory and hopefully spread some hope if possible.
After a grueling time with housebound agoraphobia, I made my way out in September 2020, September 12th to be specific!
Starting that year I decided to make a goal to leave the house no less than every 2 days unless I was ill. Which I have kept to for 4 years now, which feels a bit wild to me lol.
I leave the house 5-6 days out of the week now. I still donโt drive, and some things are still challenges, but holy crap. I never thought Iโd get here.
Keep it going, and if you have any long term or recent victories please share!
