How's it going? So, these past few years have been something, haven't they?

... yeah. sigh

I'm looking to take my mind off of things in the real world and guessing that many of you are out there are looking for the same thing. Perhaps we can help each other out?

About me: 44-year-old, 5’7”, long haired Vietnamese-American software developer who is eager to talk about something besides software development. I'm single, never been married and have no kids. I enjoy reading, practicing guitar, photography, video games, walking, and yoga.

What I'm Looking For: Looking for someone relatively close, but I'm up for chatting online if you're willing to meet up at some point. • Currently Reading: How to Invent Everything: A Survival Guide for the Stranded Time Traveler by Ryan North. I was initially intrigued by the amusing concept of the book but it turned out to be an informative look at all the basic technology I use in my daily life. I'll never take animal husbandry techniques for granted again. Also picked up a copy of Redshirts from the library that I swear I am going to get around to reading eventually.

• Last Movie Watched: Mr Nice Guy - A Jackie Chan movie with incredible stunts and nonexistent story that I could safely ignore while working out :-D

• Currently Watching: Whatever the latest Pitch Meeting video on YouTube is. Also, YouTube keeps recommending random poker tournaments so I've been learning the game just in case I ever have to play a hand against a super-villain where the fate of the world is at stake.

• Favorite beverage: Mandarin orange herbal tea
