Does a program exist that enhances the quality of an image by enlarging it and then dividing its original pixels into smaller ones and using an algorithm to fill in the spaces? Just an idea I had.

Any way to have text “type out” per word? Currently using two position/opacity animators and offsetting between them for a “type out” look, but it goes via letter opacity rather than simply bringing the full letter in. Any way to achieve this?
