I am a 39 year old father of two who has spent most the week baking. Cookies just seem to get me. I am 5’8 and about 150lbs with a lean build. My eyes are blue and my hair is blondish and I am occasionally bearded but never heavily bearded. I live around the Hudson Valley, very close to Jersey and close to some parts of CT and PA. I would like to meet up monthly. I am mainly available on the weekends.
I firmly believe in friendship above all though attraction matters. Let’s be best friends but we like each other’s faces. I want to talk daily. Consistent communication is key. I love chatting about all sorts of things from pop culture to fashion to the social habits of bees. It’s fun. I want to go out on dates.
I spend a lot of time in the gym, five to seven days a week. Fitness is important, I was a trainer for many years not so long ago.
Music is important too! I listen to dozens of albums a week. I stopped listening to mixes and started listening to full albums and it has taken my ears to all sorts of places. My frequent listens last week were Slayer, Linkin Park, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and Charli xcx. It changes most weeks.
I have a college degree but don’t use it anymore. I ran dozens of 5ks races in the 2010s, I find foxes adorable and my socks never match.
I am looking for somebody in their thirties or forties who is married and also a parent. I would love to connect with somebody who is also passionate about fitness and music though there are many other areas to connect. I want somebody who has some passion and has hobbies and interests. It could be weight lifting, running, reading, gardening and anything else that gets your mind going. A sense of humor is a must. Crass is even better.
I never put sugar in my coffee.
