A little back story... I am getting married in just over a month. Since the beginning of my relationship with my future wife we have used a small simple drawing of a black and white basset hound we've named Oliver. http://imgur.com/EvsOdY7 not the best one but gives a general idea. We have been together 7 years so far and this simple dog has been with us the entire way something about it just triggers feelings of happiness and love.

This drawing has ment so much to both of us for so long. I would like to see if I could get it made into a figurine that I could surprise my SO on our wedding day. I haven't been able to find anywhere online or around where we live that will do custom peices. It doesn't necessarily need to be pottery and I would even be open to something that is made from a 3-D printer I am just wanting something that will last for years to come.

I am also open to any other ideas. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give.
