Hey y'all. Asking here because I'm not sure what to do. I'm on mobile, so I apologize.
This friend and I were really close friends, we were fwb even. Long story short, neither of us were healthy enough to maintain a friendship. We both hurt each other pretty bad, and ended up not talking for a year. Reminder, I obtained feelings for her. I seen her in town, and I'm not sure why, but I reached out. We talked, both apologized about things, and now the question of trying a friendship again is there. She said I can take all the time I need to think this through. I've been thinking since Friday night, and I've com to the conclusion that if I do proceed, it has to be PURELY thought of plantonical on my end. More boundaries. She even said don't do it if it would be bad for my mental health. She saw I was uncomfortable when she was talking about her new partner, and asked if I wanted her to stop, I asked if she kindly would. She did. Also mind you, this was a once in a life time friendship, we both hyped each other up, could talk about anything with no fear of judgement, ECT. I've decided I need to ask her some more questions before I decide. Should I proceed? Is there anything I've left out that would help detail it? Btw, I'm talking about being PURELY friends. No fwb, nothing. Just how we were before, without any intimacy
