How do people become healthier with eating habits. I’m 20 years old,5’2 and my metabolism is finally saying hey I’m not gonna be as fast as I used to so now I’ve gained a lot of weight like I used to be 115 now I’m 127 I crave a lot of sugars and breads so I wanna figure away to stop that But also How do people start working out and stuff like I don’t know where to start but I wanna take better care of my body
