Family Reunion Vs Music Festival help

My family is having a family reunion. The last time this happened I was just a few months old. I’m now 20 and they’re having another reunion. I will literally know not many of the extended family.

Since 2021 I’ve been trying to go to this music festival and something has ALWAYS come up. I finally have a clear chance to go but now they have this reunion. It was never originally scheduled for the weekend of this festival but now it is.

I know for a fact going to this reunion would be more for the family than for me as I would feel very miserable knowing I missed this festival for the 6th time now. What should I do?
