Milky Musical Tip From a Noob To Boob: 8D Music๐ŸŽถ
Post Body

Just wanted to drop some unsolicited advice I find helpful for relaxing during pumping when your day has been busy or stressful, provided you are a music lover. We know stress can effect our efforts.

Looking for a moment and to get out of your head a bit? Not thinking about work, life, stress, our chests!? I have found that 8D music has been really helpful the last week. I already utilize it when working on projects, relaxing, or maybe after the occasional adult ๐Ÿƒ gummy. For me, it indeed reduces stress and helps quiet my brain, so I've applied it to pumping in an effort not to actually be so focused on it. If I lactate I'd be interested in if it helps my let downs.

8D music has been said to reduce anxiety and increase focus, depends on what you read. I am already someone who has music on as often as possible from all genres. You may find the 8D selection to be limited, but I highly advise checking your favorite platform. If the track is done well it will give you the feeling of live music, HEADPHONES ARE A MUST so you can feel the music almost literally move around you as it seamlessly switches from one ear to the next. Do a little research, give it a try. Hopefully it helps anyone with a busy brain like me!

Edit: failed to say it tends to get clubby/house/techo-esque...so you may wanna keep that in mind.
