Oregon: Anyone get dom prescribed?

I'm in a pretty kink friendly city (Portland) and wondering if I could get domperidone prescribed as gender affirming care. Would this be covered by insurance? Anyone try this before (even elsewhere in the US)?
I've been using a Baby Buddha pump off and on for almost a year, but really buckled down and got consistent in the past month. I'm producing drops and sprays several times a day already! But the boost from dom would be great
