Hello!

Nag-apply ako sa EY GDS and got accepted as a Senior 2. Associate level lang ako umalis sa blue firm tapos may 2 years din akong experience sa private firm after kaya siguro na-offer-an as Senior 2.

Kaka-send lang kanina ng details ng JO and although expected, nababaan ako sa offer hahahaha. If makikipag-negotiate ako, by how much kaya yung increase na still acceptable for them? May offer din kasi ako sa isang private company. If x yung offer ng EY, 1.26x yung offer sa private. Kaya kaya mataasan pa kahit hindi naman pumantay doon sa offer nung private?
